CONSTITUTION OF THE QAZAQ REPUBLIC
PREAMBLE
We, the people of Qazaq Republic, united by a common destiny on our historic land, affirming the dignity and freedom of every human being, recognizing ourselves as a civic nation founded on equality, justice, and solidarity, committed to democracy, the rule of law, and peaceful development, determined to establish a truly representative parliamentary republic with effective separation of powers, to guarantee human and civil rights and freedoms, to ensure accountable government, independent justice, and the sovereignty of the people, to preserve the unity of the state while respecting cultural and linguistic diversity, and to safeguard democracy for present and future generations, adopt this Constitution of the Qazaq Republic.
